Siino left behind a wife, Victoria, and an 18-month old, Olivia.  Christian Walczyk, a  21-year-old Dutchess County resident, has been charged with manslaughter after police say he stabbed Siino in the chest on the Taconic State Parkway in Mount Pleasant. Applebee's Closes After 20 Years In Mount Kisco MOUNT KISCO, N.Y. -- After 20 years, the Applebee's in Mount Kisco has closed its doors. The restaurant, located at 185 North Bedford Road, closed on May 23. Urban Edge Properties, which owns the property, expressed interest in repurposing the space with multiple tenants including a Starbucks with a drive-through window at an April 17 village board meeting. Drive through windows are currently prohibited in Mount Kisco.  In Westchester, Applebee's has locations in Hawthorne, White Plains, Mohegan Lake and Yonkers.

Multiple Erratic Driving Reports Lead To DWI Charge In Yorktown YORKTOWN, N.Y. -- A man was arrested and charged with DWI Saturday after Yorktown Police received multiple reports of an erratic driver on Saw Mill River Road. Darryl T. Nemeth, 55, from Palm Bay, FL,  was arrested and charged with DWI and Aggravated DWI, both misdemeanors after police said they located his vehicle at 345 Kear Street.  Nemeth was released on $200 bail to a responsible party, police said. He is due back in court on June 8 at 6 p.m.

Indian Point Sirens Will Sound At Full Volume During Test Don't be alarmed if you hear sirens Wednesday.Indian Point Energy Center in Buchanan is conducting a quarterly test of its emergency notification sirens on Wednesday between 10:30 a.m. and 11 a.m. As part of this test, sirens will sound at full-volume for approximately four minutes in Westchester, Rockland, Orange, and Putnam counties, according to Entergy, who runs Indian Point.
