Ex-Westport Resident Justin Paul Teams With Alan Menken On 'Aladdin' Remake WESTPORT, Conn. --Justin Paul, the award winning songwriter -- he won a Tony for Best Original Score for "Dear Evan Hansen" with his writing partner Benj Pasek as well as an Oscar for "La La Land," -- has now been tapped to collaborate on "Aladdin" Famed Composer Alan Menken is leading the team on the Disney remake. Bogey's Grille & Tap Room In Norwalk Closes NORWALK, Conn. -- Bogey's Grille & Tap Room, which won our DVlicious "Best Burger in Fairfield County" two years in a row, has closed. The Amerian style tavern eatery had its start in Westport but was closed due to Hurricane Irene floods in 2011. It reopened in Norwalk in 2015 in the space that was formerly Ash Creek Saloon.

Valhalla's Village Creamery Wins DVlicious 'Best Ice Cream In Westchester' VALHALLA, N.Y. -- It was a tight race between King Kone in Somers and Village Creamery & Sweet Shop in Valhalla, but in the end, the latter won, with 41 percent of the vote The two are obvious Westchester favorites, having tied last year for the 2016 title of DVlicious "Best Ice Cream in Westchester."
