Blue Moon Mexican Café Restaurants, with locations in Englewood, Wyckoff and Woodcliff Lake, will be celebrating the solar eclipse with an aptly named cocktail. "Solar Eclipse of The Moon," made with Patron, fresh lemon juice, simple syrup, orange soda and a slice of blood orange or a Valencia orange slice, will be available as of Saturday, Aug. 19. Granola Bar Opens First Westchester Location The Granola Bar opened its first Westchester location on Saturday, Aug. 19. The Fairfield County-based operation -- it was started by two Westport moms who admitted they were just looking for a good place to get healthy food and good coffee -- is located at 575 Main Street in Armonk. opened Saturday.
