Valor Spirits, founded by Mamaroneck native Alex J. Sweet News: Westchester Baker Opens Pop-Up In Tarrytown Baked by Susan, a bakery staple in Croton, has opened a second location in Tarrytown. Owner Susan O'Keefe said she decided on Tarrytown because she wanted to be in a town "with life and energy." They don't bake at the pop-up but instead bring in fresh product each morning.
