Netflix Show With Robert DeNiro, Joe Pesci, Films In Westchester The new Netflix series "The Irishman" with Robert De Niro and Joe Pesci is filming Tuesday, Sept. 19 off the Saw Mill River Parkway in Ardsley, according to On Location Vacations. According to Entertainment Weekly, the gangster movie marks the ninth collaboration between Martin Scorsese, who is directing it, and De Niro, who plays Frank “The Irishman” Sheeran, a mob hitman who supposedly was involved in the death of Jimmy Hoffa.
