Scarsdale Bagels Wins DVlicious 'Best Bagels In Westchester' Contest SCARSDALE, N.Y. -- Scarsdale Bagels has the best bagels in the county -- at least, according to Daily Voice readers which crowned the Scarsdale shop tops with 34 percent of the vote.
