Record-Setting Rock Bass Caught By Maryland Angler A Maryland angler has tied the record for the largest rock bass ever caught in the state. Teen Shot In The Face Overnight In Eastern Baltimore, Police Say An investigation is underway after a teen was shot in the face in Baltimore on Tuesday evening, Jan. 16, police say. Officers from the Eastern District were patrolling near Belair Road and Mayfield Avenue around 6:45 p.m. when they were approached by the victim, who stated that he had been shot on the 3200 block of Harwell Avenue.
