Northbound Side Of Trumbull's Reservoir Ave. Closed After Water Main Break UPDATED: TRUMBULL, Conn. — Trumbull police are issuing a traffic alert for Reservoir Avenue for Wednesday morning.  Reservoir Avenue is closed to northbound traffic  at Maefair Court due to repair work for a broken water main, police said. "Traffic will be detoured until sometime in the early morning," Trumbull police said. "This may cause delays during the morning rush hour.‬" Some Trumbull residents can expect traffic delays or water outages as a result. Crews responded to begin repair work at 6 p.m. Tuesday.  It was not clear when the repairs would be completed.

On Friday morning, a resident of West Avenue reported that his car had been stolen. He told officers that he left his 2000 Acura Integra locked and in the driveway the night before, and said that there was only one key, which he still had. Stamford Man Gets Prison Time For Trafficking Cocaine STAMFORD, Conn. -- A Stamford resident was sentenced to prison on Tuesday for arranging to sell more than $150,000 worth of cocaine to someone working with law enforcement, according to John H. Durham, United States Attorney for the District of Connecticut. Christian Paulino Rodriguez, 47, a citizen of the Dominican Republic last residing in Stamford, was sentenced to 42 months in prison for trafficking cocaine. Trumbull Town Worker Hurt After Being Pinned Under Industrial Leaf Blower updated: TRUMBULL, Conn. — A town worker suffered serious injuries after an accident involving an industrial leaf vacuum in Trumbull on Tuesday morning, according to the Connecticut Post. The worker somehow became pinned under the chassis of the trailer-mounted vacuum, Long Hill Fire Chief Alex Rauso told the Post.
