Norwalk Police Hand Out Dozens Of Tickets During Seat Belt Campaign NORWALK, Conn. -- The Norwalk Police Department busted more than 40 people who weren't wearing their seat belts during their recent Click It or Ticket campaign. Police conducted the Click It or Ticket initiative in conjunction with the state Department of Transportation from Nov. 20 through Nov. 27. During the campaign, they handed out 43 tickets for seat belt infractions, six infractions for cell phone use, stopped two uninsured drivers, issued one speeding infraction, and found 12 other motor vehicle violations, according to police.

Rodolfo Bolivar Tepan, 38, pleaded guilty Wednesday in federal court to one count of reentry by a removed alien, according to John H. Durham, United States Attorney for the District of Connecticut.
