According to a statement from the organization, the YMCA has opened registration for Lean Machine, an eight-week “customized system for losing weight and getting fit.” Kicking off on Jan. 7, the competition runs through March 4, according to the YMCA, which said that the program is designed for adults of all ages and fitness levels and will measure body fat loss as opposed to weight loss.
