Stamford Man, 71, Charged With Setting Fire At Charles Street Home
STAMFORD, Conn. -- A Stamford man is facing criminal mischief and arson charges after allegedly setting fire to the front stoop of a city home, police told the Stamford Advocate.
Ralph Vitti, 71, of Lewelyn Road, is alleged to have started the fire at a Charles Street home on Nov. 6, according to the Advocate.
Police identified Vitti as the suspect after viewing surveillance video taken from a neighbor, according to the Advocate.

Nonprofit, Nyack Schools Team To Form Student Rowing Club
NYACK, N.Y. -- The River Rowing Association is teaming with the Nyack School District to form a new club offering students the opportunity to learn about the sport of rowing.The Nyack High School Rowing Club will have informational meetings at Nyack Middle School, 98 South Highland Ave., on Monday, Feb. 29, and at the high school, 360 Christian Herald Road in Upper Nyack, on Wednesday, March 2.
