JCPenney Moving To Willowbrook Mall JCPenney is on the move in Passaic County. The department store chain is relocating from the Wayne Town Center to Willowbrook Mall next month in the township, Ryan Hidalgo, the senior general manager of the mall said.  JCPenney will be taking the spot formally occupied by Lord and Taylor, Hidalgo said. JCPenney has 10 locations in the Garden State, including in Woodbridge and Jersey City.

The Hamburg Turnpike store, along with the Trenton, Wall and Somers Point locations, will have liquidation sales in mid-September, Kmart/Sears spokesman Larry Costello said.
