Fatal Crash: Witnesses Wanted After Incident Involving 32-Year-Old Victim In Shelton Police are searching for witnesses to a one-car crash that killed a 32-year-old Connecticut resident. The collision occurred in Fairfield County around 10 a.m., Tuesday, Aug. 15 in Shelton at the intersection of Shelton Avenue and Pine Street. The man from Ansonia, whose name has not yet been released, was the only occupant and was later pronounced dead, said the Shelton Police. The incident took place in New Haven County around 4:45 p.m., Monday, May 22, near East Broadway and Shea Avenue in Milford. An initial investigation revealed that a green Kawasaki dirt bike was traveling west on East Broadway near Shea Avenue when the operator lost control and fell from the dirt bike while he was doing a "wheelie," police said. Pedestrian Killed By Vehicle Driving On Wrong Side Of CT Roadway, Police Say A Connecticut woman was killed by a vehicle that was traveling on the wrong side of a busy roadway. The crash happened in New Haven County at around 7:20 p.m. Friday, Aug. 13 in Milford. The victim was a 60-year-old woman from Milford, according to Milford Police. The woman was walking Herbert Street when a vehicle, traveling north, crossed the centerline and struck her as she walked westbound on the side of the roadway, police said.
