Danefield Bourne, of Roosevelt, was arrested following a robbery that happened at about 5:40 a.m. on Sunday, Feb. 13, according to the Nassau County Police Department. NCPD said Bourne entered the store, located at 420 Nassau Road in Roosevelt, and took two 12-packs of beer from the shelf. The Putnam County Sheriff's Department reported on Wednesday, Sept. 9 that Jose Tapia, 45, has a warrant in his name for the felonies of first-degree rape and first-degree criminal contempt.
