Man Asking For Change Tries Robbing Victim At Train Station In Mamaroneck, Officials Say A man was arrested after asking a victim for change and then allegedly trying to rob him for more money near a train station in Westchester, officials said.  The incident happened on Saturday, April 22 around 3 p.m. in the tunnel at the Mamaroneck Metro-North train station, according to MTA officials.  At the time of the incident, a man identified as 49-year-old Carlos Rosales asked an individual for money in the tunnel. The individual then gave Rosales 75 cents and told him it was all the money he had.  Rosales then allegedly continued to ask the victim for more money …

Alert Issued For Man Wanted For Sexually Assaulting Two Women In Hudson Valley State Troopers are searching for a 24-year-old who faces criminal charges after allegedly sexually assaulting two women, said police. Christopher Gary Elter was charged with the misdemeanor of second-degree harassment in Orange County by the Town of Chester Court.  He is 6-feet tall, weighs 155 pounds and has blond hair and blue eyes.  Anyone who knows the whereabouts of Elter is asked to contact State Police BCI in Monroe at 845-732-8311.
