Man Nabbed With Gun, Ammo After Running Red Light In New City, Police Say A 38-year-old man was nabbed with a Colt 9mm semiautomatic revolver during a traffic stop in the Hudson Valley. The stop took place in Rockland County in New City around 1:30 a.m., on Friday, Sept. 22 on N. Main Street.  Javier A. Ordonez, of Hollywood, Florida, was stopped by Clarkstown Police for failing to stop at a right light, said Det. The incident started in Rockland County around 9:43 p.m. Monday, Dec. 12, in Clarkstown.
