Closing Date For Season Announced For Westchester County-Owned Golf Courses Westchester golfers are going to need to hit the links in the coming weeks as the county prepares to shut down courses for the season. Westchester County officials announced that all county-owned courses will close for the season after play on Sunday, Dec. 30. They will remain open through the month, weather and conditions permitted.
