HongMin Wang, age 58, of Queens, was arrested on Monday, Dec. 18, by members of the Norwalk Police Special Services Division at the Healthy Spa at 99 New Canaan Ave.  An investigation into activities at the spa stemmed from numerous complaints about this location, said Sgt. Nassau County Police arrested Rashni Bissesar, 25, of Queens on Thursday, Nov. 14 around 9:45 p.m. Police say Bissesar worked as a home health aid and wrote out unauthorized checks from the employer’s personal bank account payable to herself between Dec. 2018 and June 2019.
