The man exposed himself in front of children and then barricaded inside of a home on the 900 block of Piney Grove Drive in Merrifield, county police said. In an update posted to Twitter just after 3:20 p.m., police said an officer who is fluent in Farsi persuaded the man to leave his home, and the incident was resolved peacefully.
