A 38-year-old man with ties to Virginia has been arrested for generating and possessing child pornography, police said. Jason Robert Fragale, of Leesburg, VA and Kissimmee, FL, was arrested in February at a Florida airport, in an apparent attempt to flee the country, Virginia State Police said in a joint release with officials in Florida.
