Carlos Aníbal Rosado Martínez, 23, turned himself in Wednesday morning, July 5, according to the Commissioner of the Puerto Rico bureau of police. Rosado Martinez is accused of killing Tommy Grays III in Isla Verde earlier that week, in an altercation on the beach, according to police and NBC Washington. Fugitive Brought Loaded Gun To Slate Belt Bar, Cops Say A wanted man is in police custody for allegedly bringing a loaded firearm to a Slate Belt sports bar, authorities say.  It happened on March 29 at 6:30 p.m., Slate Belt Regional police wrote in a statement. Officers were called to the Scorecard, 130 N. Officers said they knew he was wanted on a charge of making terroristic bomb threats in Leominster.  Police found the 9mm pistol with a 21-round extended magazine, and they took Hines in without incident, officials said.  Officials charged him with several gun offenses.
