One Killed In Fatal Head-On Crash With Tow Truck In Huntingtown, Sheriff Says
One person was killed early on Friday morning when an SUV smashed into a tow truck in a head-on Calvert County crash, according to the sheriff's office. A death investigation has been launched after a Ford Edge collided with a tow truck shortly before 9:45 a.m. on Friday, Jan. 5 on Plum Point Road near Kimberly Lane in Huntingtown. Marlboro police released the name of the driver who died on Monday after her car toppled a telephone pole and collided with a parked U-Haul truck. Do you know them? A man and woman are wanted for allegedly using credit cards stolen from the wallet of a purse at Panera Bread in Fairfield, Fairfield Police said. The wallet was stolen at about 2:30 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 23, according to police. Ford announced three different recalls in North America that will affect four models, totaling nearly 320,000 vehicles.
