Prosecutor: Summit Doctor Sexually Abused Patient For Nearly Three Years A pediatric gastroenterologist with a practice in Summit repeatedly molested a patient for nearly three years, beginning when the victim was about 17, authorities charged.  Michael Tyshkov, 62, of Livingston, was charged with sexual assault and criminal assault, Acting Prosecutor Micahel A.
