An investigation was launched shortly before noon on Feb. 19 when police were called to the 6300 block of Stevenson Avenue, where three victims were reportedly electrocuted.  According to police, all three were hospitalized - two with life-threatening injuries. Their condition was not available on Monday afternoon. 6 People Burned In Philadephia Explosion: Authorities An apparent generator explosion at a construction site in Manayunk left six people burned on Wednesday afternoon, Oct. 4, Philadelphia fire officials told Daily Voice.  First responders were called to the Flat Rock Road site around 3:15 p.m., the department said.  The victims were treated on the scene and taken to an area hospital.  The Fire Marshall's Office continues to investigate the cause of the explosion, they added.

Man Critically Injured At Jersey City Construction Site: Authorities (Updated) A man was critically injured after a forklift overturned while he was working at a construction site in Jersey City on Monday morning, Sept. 11, authorities said.  The incident occurred at 425 Summit Avenue at 8:09 a.m., Kimberly Wallace-Scalfione, a spokeswoman for the mayor's office said. The man was removed the site and was transported to a local hospital in critical condition, Wallace-Scalfione said. The victim was employed by L&W Supplies, a spokesman for OSHA said. OSHA said it has six months to conduct an investigation and release its findings.

Construction Site Accident: Man Critically Injured In Malverne An investigation is underway after a person was critically injured in an incident on Long Island. It happened around 2:30 p.m. Monday, June 19 in Malverne. That's when a 69-year-old man was struck by a Bobcat excavator, operated by a 29-year-old man while working on a construction site at a Malverne residence, Nassau County Police said. The victim, whose identity has not been released, suffered serious injuries and was transported by a Nassau County Police Helicopter to a local hospital for treatment. Man Seriously Injured In Construction Accident In Jersey City A man was taken to a nearby hospital in Jersey City with serious injuries after a large piece of equipment fell on him at a construction site on the morning of Thursday, May 4. Jersey City police, fire and the Office of Emergency Management all responded to the scene at 532 Summit Ave., Kimberly Wallace-Scalfione, a spokeswoman for the mayor's office said.  The intersection of Summit and Pavonia is being closed to traffic while the investigation continues, Wallace-Scalfione said.
