A pit bull that mauled a 3-month-old boy on Saturday, March 9 in Woodbridge has been euthanized by a veterinarian, authorities said. The parents of the infant who was attacked and killed, meanwhile, were released from an area hospital later Saturday, the Middlesex County Prosecutor's Office said on Monday, March 11.
