Kendall Stephens, 37, Philadelphia, became a bit of a local celebrity after a violent attack on her ended with the convict of Tymesha Wearing in 2020, the Philly DA explained at the time. Cause Of Ephrata Man's Fatal Series Of Crashes Into Cocalico Creek Revealed New details have been released after a man crashed his car into Cocalico Creek. Marlin Fausnacht, 77 of the 800 block of Pointview Avenue, Ephrata, was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash into the creek at 6:18 a.m., according to the Lancaster County Coroner's Office.
