Teen In 'Critical Condition' Weapon Found After Philly Shooting, Police Say A 19-year-old is in the hospital following a shooting in Philadelphia on Friday, police say.  The teen was shot in the lower back along the highway in the 900 block of Locust Avenue, in Philly's Andalusia neighborhood at 6:03 p.m. on Feb. 2.  Officers arriving at the scene took him to Albert Einstein Medical Center, "where he is currently in critical condition," as stated in a police release.  A weapon was recovered, according to the PPD.
