Man Critically Injured After House Fire Breaks Out On Long Island A Long Island man is in critical condition after being rescued from a house fire. The blaze broke out in Suffolk County at 2:50 p.m., Sunday, Sept. 19, on the 300 block of Deauville Boulevard, in Copiague. CT Teen Drowns At State Park A Connecticut teen drowned at a state park over the weekend while swimming with friends. The incident took place around 5:30 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 18 in New London County at the Rocky Neck State Park in East Lyme, said Will Healey, of the state Department of Energy and Environmental Protection.
