Hotboxing Teen Drives Car On PA Highway With Stoned Woman Police Say A woman and a teenager hotboxed, or smoked marijuana in a car, and then the unlicensed teen drove on the highway and on main streets in Wormsleyburg, police say. The teen committed a traffic violation on the Harvey Taylor Bypass and North Front Street, Wormleysburg on Valentine's Day just after 1 a.m., according to the East Pennsboro Township police. County In Pennsylvania Bans TikTok: Authorities One Pennsylvania county is banning TikTok, at least on official county devices, authorities announced on Monday, Feb. 27, 2023.
