Peekskill Building Department Break-In Under Investigation PEEKSKILL, N.Y. -- Peekskill Police are investigating a break-in at the Peekskill Building Department that occurred Wednesday. The door to the building department, which is inside Peekskill City Hall at 840 Main Street, appeared to be forced open and there was damage to the door, according to Mayor Frank Catalina. Yorktown Presents Annual 'Evening Of Dance' YORKTOWN HEIGHTS, N.Y. -- It's been a tradition at Yorktown High School for more than 40 years. The Yorktown High School Dance Company is hosting its annual "An Evening of Dance" at 7:30 p.m. on Jan. 22 at 7:30 p.m. and at 2 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. in the Yorktown High School Auditorium. Teen Killed By Train At Philipse Manor Station ID'd As Fordham Prep Student SLEEPY HOLLOW, N.Y. -- A 16-year-old Sleepy Hollow teen who was struck and killed by a train on Monday at the Philipse Manor Train Station was a student at Fordham Prep. Westchester Mom Pleads Guilty In Death Of 6-Year-Old Daughter WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. -- Kathleen Dymes, a Croton-on-Hudson resident accused of killing her 6-year-old daughter Lacey Carr, accepted a plea bargain Tuesday where she will likely not serve jail time. Dymes pleaded guilty in Westchester County Court in White Plains to one count of criminally negligent homicide, a felony; one count of child endangerment, a misdemeanor; and one count of criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor. Man Charged With Allegedly Exposing Himself To Woman At Area Library COLD SPRING, N.Y. -- Benjamin Thompon, a 36-year-old Highland Falls resident, was arrested and charged Thursday night with public lewdness for allegedly exposing himself to a woman at the Butterfield Library on Monday. Thompson was arrested following a joint investigation by the Cold Spring Police Department and Putnam County Sheriff's Office. Croton Mom Charged In Daughter's Death Ordered To Appear In Court WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. -- - Kathleen Dymes, a Croton-on-Hudson resident, who has been charged in the death of her 6-year-old daughter, Lacey Carr, failed to appear in court again on Thursday and was ordered to show up next Tuesday. Police Looking For Suspect Accused Of Indecent Exposure In Putnam PUTNAM COUNTY, N.Y. -- The Putnam County Sheriff's Office and Village of Cold Spring Police Department are investigating after a man allegedly exposed himself to a woman at the Butterfield Memorial Library Monday.
