Gas Leak: Evacuation Ends In Silver Spring Township (Update) A gas leak shuttered roads and prompted an evacuation in Central Pennsylvania on Wednesday morning, officials say.  The natural gas leak was in Silver Spring Township on Konhaus Road, Cumberland County officials explained in a release.
