Palisades' Children's Shakespeare Theater Going International ORANGETOWN, N.Y. -- Children's Shakespeare Theatre will represent the United States at the World Festival of Children's Theater in Ontario this summer. CST is located in Palisades. CST is a small nonprofit in Rockland County. It's in its 17th season -- and finally going international. The company has been invited to go to Stratford, Ontario, in June, to join groups from 20 countries from around the world. CST will be the only group from the United States.
