Maryland Nurse Believed Killed By HS Football Coach Boyfriend Mourned By Loved Ones
Friends and loved ones are mourning the loss of the Maryland woman strangled by her boyfriend, a high school football coach.
Patrina Best, 38, was found by police on Saturday, Feb. 17 during a welfare check at her inside of her Accokeek home, and pronounced dead at the scene, police said.
Carl Kearney, Jr., 43, a high school football coach, was charged with murder after turning himself in at the Prince George's County Police Department, and saying he'd strangled his girlfriend earlier that day, county police said.

Support is on the rise for the family of a beloved Maryland landscaper following his unexpected death.
Isaias Villegas passed away unexpected on Wednesday, Feb. 14., according to a GoFundMe launched by his family.
“…my brother Isaias Villegas, was tragically and suddenly taken away from his family and friends,” writes Onesimo Villegas in the campaign, organized by Kelly Dolan.
