Alexander, a 21-year-old Tenafly resident and the last living U.S. citizen held captive in Gaza, was handed over to Red Cross representatives, NBC News reported. Salem Man Killed After Vehicle Overturns In Route 631 Crash: Njsp A 34-year-old Salem man was killed in a one-car crash in Salem County  early Friday morning, May 9, authorities said. At 1:08 a.m., a Subaru WRX was traveling eastbound on County Route 631 East in Mannington Township when it veered off the roadway and overturned, Jeffrey Lebron, a spokesman for the New Jersey State Police said. The driver, Bartholomew Miller, was ejected from the vehicle and sustained fatal injuries, Lebron said. The crash remains under investigation, Lebron said.

On Thursday, March 22, 2023, at 6:50 p.m., Berkeley Township police responded to the Crystal Lake Rehabilitation Facility after David Taber touched a nurse’s breast, placed her in a bear hug and attempted to pull down her pants, Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley Billhimer said. A co-worker intervened and separated the two, Billhimer said. Taber was convicted in March following a weeklong jury trial, Billhimer said.
