But the man behind the scheme was murdered just two days before a court appearance, and now prosecutors must figure out how to return the stolen cash. Hartford Man Gets 10 Years For Sex Assault Of 9-Year-Old Girl After Father Reports Abuse A Hartford man found guilty of sexually assaulting a 9-year-old girl will spend a decade behind bars, authorities said. Noel Martinez, 35, was convicted in February on charges of first-degree sexual assault, fourth-degree sexual assault, illegal sexual contact with a minor, and risk of injury to a child, the Connecticut State's Attorney's Office said.
