Poughkeepsie Man Charged In Connection With Ulster County Burglary HIGHLAND, N.Y. -- A Poughkeepsie man accused of breaking into an Ulster County home is facing a felony burglary charge, according to the Poughkeepsie Journal. Michael A. Mazzurco, 35, was arrested March 18 after he was accused of breaking into a house on New Paltz Road in Highland, authorities told the Journal.  Mazzurco was charged with second-degree burglary and taken to the Ulster County Jail, where he was held on $5,000 cash bail or $25,000 bond, according to the Journal.
