Newark Man With Dementia, 58, Missing For Several Days, Police Say
Seen him? Authorities are searching for a missing 58-year-old man from Newark who suffers from dementia.
Luis E. Pacheo was last seen on the 100 block of Elwood Avenue in Newark around 5:30 p.m. on Friday, July 29, Newark Public Safety Director Fritz G. Fragé said.
Pacheo was wearing a white t-shirt with blue jeans and black sneakers at the time of his disappearance, Fragé said.
He may be in the area of Broadway, Mt. Prospect Avenue, and Bloomfield Avenue.
Pacheo is Hispanic and stands 5 feet 7 inches tall, weighs 135 pounds, and has brown eyes, black hair, and a light complexion.

Seen her? State Police have issued an alert for a missing Burlington County woman with dementia.
Anita L. Norton, 81, of Mansfield, was last seen around 8 p.m. on Tuesday, July 19, state police said.
She may be driving a 2015 white Honda Civic with New Jersey registration K23KPS.
Norton stands 5 feet tall, weighs about 140 pounds, and has brown eyes and brown hair. She was wearing blue pants and a 3/4-length blue shirt when she was last seen, according to police.
She also suffers from dementia.

Police in Bucks County are seeking the public's help in locating a missing woman with dementia.
Shakuntalaben Patel, 71, was last seen walking away from her Pintail Court home in Bensalem just before 9 a.m. on Monday, June 28, local police said.
She needs to take daily medication for her dementia, police said.
Patel also has family in Trenton and Edison, NJ, and may have gotten on a SEPTA bus, they added.
