PA Nurse Accused Of Neglecting Patient To Death: AG A statewide investigation has led to the arrest of a 56-year-old nurse Harrisburg nurse, according to Pennsylvania Attorney General Michelle Henry. Eliut Lopez Enriquez is accused of neglecting and mistreating an 80-year-old resident at Gardens at Blue Ridge located at 3620 North Progress Avenue, Susquehanna Township, Harrisburg, the AG explained in a release on Tuesday, Aug. 15. PA Mom Of 2 Dies After Getting Impaled At County Fair In Freak Accident A 33-year-old Pennsylvania mom has died after part of a tractor broke off and hit her in the neck at a county fair, authorities said. Brandy Horner was watching the tractor pull at the Union Couty West End Fair when "an exhaust wheel within a turbo housing became dislodged and ejected from its manifold," the wheel "then ejected from the metal covering of the tractor," and a piece of the wheel broke off and became lodged in her neck, according to the Pennsylvania State Police. Officers Assaulted By 'Belligerent' Man At PA Target, Police Say A man "fighting with customers" outside a shopping plaza assaulted officers who came to investigate on Sunday, police claim.
