MILLBURY, Mass. — Kids looking for a fun activity during February school break might want to check out a science camp the Millbury High School VEX Robotics team will sponsor on Friday, Feb. 22.

The day will be fun and exciting and may interest kids in joining the robotics team and learning what it takes to be part of a world qualifying team. The program is open to kids in two groups, grades 4-6 and 7-8.

There is a k$40 entrance fee, which covers a full day of activities, lunch and a snack, or $35 for all activities and a snack for kids bringing lunch. The camp takes place from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Activities will include: a  VEX Robotics design, build and drive demo; a  CAD Robotics design session; intro to programming and Gumdrop engineering challenge.

Interested parties should email Robotics Coach Bruce Rawley or team member Courtney Diamond to reserve a spot by close of business on Weds.
