MILLBURY, Mass. — The Millbury High School Chorus and Concert Band, the Marching Band, Jazz Ensemble and the Jazz Lab are starting the music and concert season with the Winter Concert on Thursday, Dec. 13 at 7 p.m. in the Millbury High Auditorium.

Presented by Music Director Dan Ferreria, Millbury’s award winning band plans to play some holiday music and other classic tunes as well. The band has been working on the program since school started in August.

Last year’s performance was highlighted by the Jazz Ensemble with a special guest performance by Millbury's Kate Tetzel, who provided the vocals on "Everybody's Waitin' for The Man with The Bag."

The concert is free and open to the public.  The Music Department is also collecting unwrapped toys for the Toys for Tots program. Upon entering the school lobby there will be a table set up for residents to donate.
