Best Buddies Holds Prom For Millbury's Students

MILLBURY, Mass. - The Best Buddies of Millbury, part of the Life Skills Program at Millbury High School held their prom on Saturday evening in Milton.

The students and their Best Buddies mentors dressed up to the nines and took pictures outside the Asa Waters Mansion in the chilly, late afternoon before moving inside for a few shots on the staircase of the mansion.

After pictures, students were bused to Milton for the combine prom for Best Buddies from the area.

Best Buddies is the organization that Tom Brady of the New England Patriots is a spokesman for and a global volunteer movement that creates opportunities for one-to-one friendships, integrated employment and leadership development for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD).
