Joseph V. Colarusso, 92 Millbury World War II Vet

MILLBURY, Mass. - Joseph V. Colarusso of Millbury died Wednesday, Feb. 27. He was 92.

Colarusso worked at the Felters Company in Millbury for 40 years. He served in the Navy during World War II. He was a member of the Century Sportsmen's Club in Auburn.

Colarusso is survived by three children, Mary C. Benjaminsen (Frank) of Northborough, Joseph V. Colarusso Jr.(Jennifer) of Iowa, Richard D. Colarusso (Mary Beth) of Millbury; six grandchildren; two great grandchildren; nephews and nieces. He was predeceased by his wife, Loraine, last year.

Calling hours are 5 to 8 p.m. Friday at Mulhane Home for Funerals, 59 Main St. in Millbury. A Funeral Mass will be held at 9:30 a.m. in St. Brigid Church. Burial will be in St. Brigid Cemetery in Millbury.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the UMASS Memorial Medical Center, Bone Marrow Unit, 55 Lake Ave., North, Worcester, MA 01655.
