Friday, March 1

Exercise Class: 10-11 a.m. A low-impact weight training class with light weights. Millbury Senior Center. Call 508-865-9154.

Bob Thompson: 7-9:30 p.m. Bob Thompson is somewhat of a Christian Music 'legend' in New England. He has a powerful testimony and ministry style. His smooth "Lou Rawls"-type of voice resonates with the love and grace of our Lord. Mill Church Café.

Millbury Girls Basketball: The Millbury girls basketball advance to the second round of the MIAA State Tournament and travel to Nashoba for a game at 7 p.m.

Saturday, March 2

Electronic recycle day- Bike collection day: All towns welcome to electronic and appliance recycle day and bike collection from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m at the parking lot of Federated Church 20 Main St., Millbury.

Asa Waters Mansion Hosts Home Shopping Blitz: 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.. The mansion will be filled with vendors offering a variety of home goods and decorating accessories, along with specialty products including custom jewelry, make up and skin care, pocketbooks and more. Light refreshments will be served.

Sunday, March 3

Krumsiek Pancake Breakfast Fundraiser: The committee to elect Mary Krumsiek for Selectman will host a pancake breakfast at Scales from 8-11 a.m. Cost is $10 per person, $25 for a family.
