New Rochelle Library Announces Holiday Closures

NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y. - The New Rochelle Public Library and Huguenot Children’s Library will be closed Nov. 11 in observance of Veterans Day. The facilities will also be closed November 24 for Thanksgiving.
